Color customizations akin to Panup Duckbar for new Sonar ?

SO many posts to wade thru and perhaps I missed anything about customizing color but does the new Sonar bring us anything close to Duckbar ?

I wonder if panup is going to go with a subscription system... miss a payment and the GUI reverts to the Count Dracula theme.

Actually I wonder how panup is going to keep up if in fact he will. Hope he does as I'm a Duckbar user too.
