I loaded the 64 bit driver for fantom but in the vst  plugins it say 32 bit . also I have no sound and it is the intergrated vs  fantom in the 700 r.

I have a VS-700 and finally gave up on the Fantom, which, by the way, was a selling point for the package.
 
It took all sorts of intervention from Sweetwater, and it worked for a while, but now it has stopped working.
 
Disappointing.

If I were you I'd start a new thread, detailing all the information you can provide.
 
Simply saying "I have no sound" is not going to help us (& therefore you) one bit, nor is tagging onto the end of a 3 year old thread.

Do you have the sliders for the Fantom VS up in the I/O editor?
 
One thing that's annoyed me since I've had the VS700R is that all the mix levels you set up in the I/O editor don't seem to persist in The VS700R after power cycling so you have to load your mix at the start of every session!
