Mr. torture
In Sonar, my master buss says my average volume is around -8db, my soundcard (RME HDSPe AES) has the level at around -18DB.

How do I get them to be on the same page? My audio mixouts are extremely low in volume and judging by that -18DB I can see why!

The RME is set at 0 on the fader, so is Sonar.
Images below, cannot get them to show in my post??

Check RME Digi Check and make sure the output volume is the 0 as well.

Also, check out RME DigiCheck if you haven't.

This is a link to download digicheck...

You get it for free with your RME. It's kinda awesome. Read the help file.

RME TotalMix can be used to set levels to the RME Outs either direct from the inputs or from the software outputs.

So, you can playback inside Sonar and route it to outs 7+8 and those route to the main outputs to the interface so there are 2 faders which control the throughput volume.

I think that did it! Love the GUI. The levels seem to match now!
