Hey folks, I am registered for Sonar Home Studio 7 and this is reflected on the Cakewalk website, in my account info. I want to upgrade to either Sonar Studio or Producer, but the Cakewalk shop does not seem to transfer this registration to the upgrade pricing on the BUY page. Instead I get regular prices. Any advice? I called customer service once, but the kind soul assumed things would work when I clicked "BUY".

I have the same issue. However if I select buy and then delete the product from the basket and then click continue shopping button then all correct reduced prices are shown. Not ideal but it is a workaround.

Same issue here, however, the products listed in my account info are incomplete (missing three products).
