Does anyone use WoS III with Sonar X3? 
 
I record a dry track, insert the plugin, but I cannot hear any adjustments I make to the plugin unless I play track again (post change).  I strum my guitar, but all I get is the dry signal. 
I'm also having the same problem with TH2.  I can hear what it sounds like processed, but it doesn't not register an input when I check the line level, and strum the guitar.
 
Please help me, because I'd like to actually get some use out of these plugins and I'm pretty frustrated that I can't figure this out.
 
Also, I'm running Win7, 64 bit, and my sound card is the Tascam US-2000.

Are you sure you have input monitoring turned on in X3?

Yep, that fixed it.  WoS still didn't sound very good, but TH2 did.
