Have just the Fairfax pieces and not the 3 studio kits (prog,pop & rock) I'd expected...

Did you download the XLN Online Installer? Rock, Pop, and Prog should all be available to install.

thanks FidelityMusic, yes and checked it ran that again, all shows ok and rescanned Sonar VST's but still no kits.
maybe I need to ask XLN about it..

Hmm. .. you should get the three kits.  I don't remember if I had to do anything special.  Just be patient and you will get it sorted.

Sounds like you are in same boat I was in after upgrading to X3e Producer (assuming these same conditions-
1. Previously owned/installed AD1 which was working before upgrade,
2. AD2 would only play 4 kit pieces from a demo version of Fairfax Vol 1 preset included in the upgrade,
3. All other presets were demo only).
I played with the AD2 installer for awhile, verifying my XLN acct, etc.  I finally emailed the XLN people about the problem to which they replied that for some reason they needed to manually change a setting in my account for the before-mentioned kit packs from AD1 to be enabled in AD2.  One or two others on the forum have stated they have had same problem with XLN needing to give personal attention to the situation also.  Hope this helps.

I too am in a similar situation.  I bought the upgrade to X3 Producer a week ago and it's supposed to come with AD1 with a free upgrade to AD2, so I installed AD1 which worked fine, but I only have AD2 with no kits except the Fairfax vol1 "demo". I also emailed XLN support about 3 days ago but they haven't replied to me yet. Could you tell me how long it took them to reply to you and which emailed you used to contact them? Thanks :)

Just a small update. XLN support finally got back to me today (after 4 days) and told me they modified my account so I can now have access to the basic AD2 kits (Pop, Prog & Rock) so if anyone else is having problems, email them and give them a few days to respond, they're quite busy in December.

The same Problem.
After installing Addictive Drums 1, I updatet immediately to Version 2.
There was not a single drumkit.
I have therefore bought three kits (Trio Bundle) and I got 5 (instead 3) kits. I was very surprised.
But no Studio (prog, pop & rock).
Today I wanted to buy the Studio Rock kit, but I coud not. XLN says I already have this kit - but I don't see it and I don't have it.
I wrote an email to the support. But I still have no answer.
Very strange.

I just installed Addictive Drums 1, and updated the next day to Version 2.
I got the 3 studio kits (prog,pop & rock) plus the Session Percussion that I ordered with it.
 
Also I got an email today from XLN stating 50% of adpaks till this coming sunday
