I wrote an email to the support. But I still have no answer.

They'll fix it I'm sure.  I also got into a bind when I bought a midi pack before updating to AD2.  The AD1 kits weren't converted when I did.  XLN were quick and helpful.

Took about 5 days as I recall.  No big deal for me.  Glad to hear AD2 is working for both of you now.  I am personally really enjoying the sound these kits provide.

Five days seems like a long time to me, even in this season of sales.  When I had my issues, they got back to me within a couple of hours.
That was back in October though.

XLN won't give me the 3 free kits despite several emails.
XLN say I won't get AD2 (I do have it..) because I got AD1 with Sonar, long story back and forth emails...I explained I got AD1 with X2 and then AD2 with X3.
Anyway, I found those 3 AD2 kits are the exact same as the free kits in AD1...
 
I asked XLN if the new AD2 audio engine is better (lower latency) than AD1.....if not I'll stay with AD1.
 
Might not be able to reply here as lot of times I can't login (Cakewalk internet down in Netherlands).
