My account does not show my sonar x2 producer....the price to upgrade to x3 is $199!!!! Is this true? I thought the price for upgrading from producer x2 to x3 had dropped considerably in price at this time.  Does the store not know I own x2 since it no longer shows up in my account?

You should contact cakewalk.  They need to recognize that you own X2 so you will get the correct upgrade price to X3.

If you are a registered user of X2 Producer there may be a much better price at the Cakewalk store. A quick check of jrrshop's blowout section shows a significantly reduced price for the X2 Producer to X3 Producer upgrade.

 
If you check the store often and are patient, there are some good deals to be had.
 
You just missed the X2-X3 Producer upgrade for 59$ four weeks ago.  I paid 75$ a bit before that.
 

This is an expected result of going live with the new, improved, store software.
 
I really hope the store has not been programmed by the same incompetents who programmed the forum software.
 
If so, I expect we all will lose at least one product per week from out purchase history.
 
And, no doubt, we will then be told this is "by design" and to just get used to it.
 
Or else, not.
