Hey there, I am new to Sonar and was wondering if anyone could help me set up my Ultranova. Should I manually setup Sonar for MIDI input and output or use Automap which comes with the synth? Sonar X3 detects my synth and receives data, but isn't sending to my synth. This is probably simple for most of you guys, but it's my first time setting this up and could use the help.

You'll have to manually choose which midi unit SONAR uses.
