It would be very cool if you could figure out steps to reproduce and submit those steps to Cakewalk. When there are weird, intermittent anomalies, it's very hard to quantify them.

Man, I agree but I don't know that I can reproduce what I did.  I'm guessing there's some underlying bug that only surfaced when I did some really stupid stuff to start with.  (Maybe it's an intentional "penalty glitch" to train us not to make THAT mistake again!)  
 
I may give it a whirl after the holidays, to see if what I did that I think caused it reproduces it.  That was the weirdest - for me all the take lanes tied together in various ways along with visual anomalies in the track scrolling.

When this happened to me before, I always created new tracks and copied the clips over. That seemed to resolve it. X2 was funny like that.
