I know how to send multiple tracks into a folder thanks to Chernobyl Studios, but is it possible to select multiple tracks and move them up or down together?

Sadly not (as I rembered last night when trying to do the same).

Not possible.
Only workaround currently is to move multiple tarcks at once is to movce tracks into a folder and move that folder up/down.
Send to Recycle Bin
