I recently bought a new hard drive and used a downloadable program from Western Digital's website to clone my hard drive onto my new drive.
 
Everything went fine, except the factory presets for many plug-ins have disappeared.  Most notably, all the nomad plug-ins.  I can still use everything - it's just those.
 
I could always go back and re-install Sonar, but it seems like a pain...  
 
Any help would be appreciated.

The nomad presets are stored in your user directory in  "My Documents\Nomad Factory\Plug-in Settings". If they are not there, you may need to run the SONAR install using the advanced install option, selecting the nomad plug-ins to get the preset files back.
