All the others of my Komplete 6 are there.  I don't know why Guitar Rig4 does not appear in X3.  It's there on my X1.  Is there a way to get it on?
I would appreciate any advice.

Run the NI Service Update, I had the same problem with Komplete 8.  I think it was the case that Guitar Rig would load, but no patches or components were there until I did the update.
 
Edit: Or, run a custom install of X1 and select the Guitar Rig plug-in only.  It doesn't come with X3.

I think in either case, nothing will happen until running the Service Center update.

Correct.  Now that I recall properly, when I installed X1 with Guitar Rig, stuff wouldn't show until I did the Service Update.  With Komplete 8, I do believe the patches were on one of those 9 DVDs...

Ordering the DVD version was a smart move. I got the floppy disk version, and it took me two years to load the 36,000 floppies.

I got Komplete 8 Ultimate, and that came on its own SSD, so NO loading of anything - just plug in a USB connection and go.
 
I have installed plenty of times from DVD's though, going back to Komplete 3 and on up, so I am quite happy to have had the SSD option.

And after all that, run a clean plugin scan.  I have had plugs that should have been there, but I had to reset sonar and run the scan to experience joy and happiness.

Thank's gails, I realy appreciate your input.  I did every thing that was suggest but, I'm still at the same point.  Guit Rig4 doesn't appear on X3 and it's still there in my X1 so, maybe, if I realy want to experiment a sound with Guitar Rig4, I'll bring the wave in X 1, save and bring the  track processed back in X3...but, I'm sure it's in the VST scan that I missed some thing and I'm afraid to screw up every thing if I experiment on that.
So, any more information would be appreciate.

Yes 64bit too.  It's the "effet audio"  "VST plugins 64bit"  it's there with Absynth5 and FM8
