If you look at "Past Releases" Amp3 went from 3.9.1 (12-06-2012) to 3.10 (2-7-2013) then forward to 3.14
Way to keep things in order IK!

What?
Are you concerned that there is no 3.10, 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13

or do you think .14 is not sequentially greater than .9? They are not fractions, they are point release number. In that way 9 is less than 14. JMO.

Seriously, I'm confused by your comment with the scrunched face.

I'm not having any problems with the 3.14 update with X3e.

I can't believe I don't remember this 3.9 release, and I certainly don't know the exact versions of every plugin I use, but I would've known this was just wrong.

Numerical releases are an important form of communication, and I've never seen a company do this before.

I've had some crashes as well; this is since running the most recent version update.
The last crash happened when I closed a project with Amp3 in it.

That's when it usually happens to me, when I'm closing a project. It certainly isn't every time; sometimes I go a few days without a crash, but, when it does, Sonar cites Amplitube as the culprit. Maybe I'll revert to an earlier version.

Guess I'm just not "good" with the "new" math

Yeah, I read 3.1.4 as well because I didn't realize there were versions 3.11, 3.12, and 3.13. Or not. Or...whatever.

Guess I'M the one who needs to update!

If you are going to have more than ten point releases then number 3.01 etc. 3.09, 3.10, 3.11 would make sense.
3.9, 3.10, 3.11 is going to cause confusion.

Whatever it's numbered, the latest release is completely stable on my system. Actually I can't remember the last thing that caused a crash it's been that long. It was certainly before X3e.

I haven't seen any crashes with Amplitube so far. I have 3.14 installed. Maybe certain amps or effects are to blame? I have Amplitube Fender with an Orange and a Dr. Z amp added.
