I'm trying to get a series of tempos into an intro without affecting one of the tracks. Can I do that?

I want all MIDI tracks to slow down but leave one audio track unaffected.

IF the audio track is one continuous clip, it should work as expected. only the start position of the clip might be affected by prior tempo changes.

Stickmasn393 has it covered. The audio shouldn't be affected. Only MIDI will follow tempo changes. For audio to follow tempo you specifically need to change that, hence my question.

I'm not finding that to be true, hence my question. I've got a rough vocal and I'm building instrumentation around it. When I put in tempo changes, the audio clip changes and is no longer in sync with the MIDI tracks. It doesn't adjust to the new tempo of course, but it does change. 
 
Put a clip in a file and place your cursor somewhere on the clip. Change the tempo and you'll find the cursor is no longer where it was on the clip.

Correct. You can also lock a clip to absolute time (i.e., it will always start at a specific number of hours, minutes, seconds, and frames, regardless of tempo). Right-click on the clip and choose Clip Lock > Lock to Position.
