I figured that would be the case which is why I didn't directly name you first. Figured that one of the power users like Danny might be interested in working on that so you could keep up working on the awesomeness that is Duckbar. :D

Unfortunately, video's take time as well as rendering time and I have two recording studios to run. The program (in my opinion) doesn't need a video to show what it can do. You open it, you select what you want and it just works really. The advanced part of it may require some explanation but if you don't have the time to spend to look around the program like you mentioned, you won't need to go into the advanced part really. The presets that come with it give enough tweaks to where most users will be content.

Danny's colour scheme is even darker than the Darkside skin, Panu provides. Maybe we should call it the Danziside option.

I'm not sure. It has the ability to heavily customize the look and some functions of the interface. I think it will depend on you putting in a little time with the program, it's very powerful. I'm happy with the preset options that are provided, so I never got under the hood.

Duckbar does not yet have Theme Editor (coming in 2015) but you can:
1. Click Duckbar main menu | Customize | Extract graphics resources...
2. Edit images.
3. Drag & drop them back to Duckbar which exports resources to SONAR.

Screen captures:

Extract PNG and Bitmap resources

Edit image files. Then drag & drop file(s) back to Duckbar. You can select whole PNG and Bitmap folders, too.

Drag & drop phase 2: Duckbar exports new images to SONAR's resource DLL file.

Done. :)

Alternative method:
Use Duckbar's Resource Editor. It's still in beta phase and has some issues but basically it let's you browse and edit SONAR resources - not only images but stringtables, too.
