Thanks, Frink! Yeah, unfortunately, for some reason it's come out earlier in the USA. It could be that way because the publisher is a US company, not sure though.

Hi Ken... no need for new content since SONAR ships with a ton of stuff already, so I used that for illustrating the step-by-step exercises and examples.

Usual story. No UK kindle version .

Hi Alex... Kindle version doesn't come out at the same time as the print edition. You'll notice that Kindle isn't available in the USA yet either. I think it requires a bit of formatting work that differs from print, so the publisher should be working on that now.
