I have an account at Groove 3 and have seen the videos and they are helpful. Sonar Power is a completely different animal though. The videos don't have the incredible detail Scott's book has. Personally I think you will find that you watch the videos once or twice but refer to Sonar Power over and over again. As said before, Power is an excellent reference manual.
Sonar X3 Power! is always at arm's reach. Agree totally.
Thanks David and Clint! Glad to hear my book is your "go to" reference for SONAR. I hope my future tomes will be just as useful.
