Mine came on Friday ....Good Friday, indeed! It was earlier than I thought it was coming. According to Amazon (a preorder by the way), it was coming Tuesday the 22nd.

Scott, I called them and they looked into it and said that they have many more orders for the book than they have in stock, so it's back ordered until they get a new shipment of books in.....

So happy!!  Mine arrived yesterday! I pre-ordered on march at Amazon.
