edit: i just realized all work of the volume (green line) automation of that main track doesn't work anymore too. im soooo pissed off.. with all those tendinises i have. its saved like this now. what a pain in the ass.
i tried duplicated the track, still the same...

Make sure your Read button is full lit and not off or half lit.

I've overlooked that a few times....

Yes, but I believe it gets turned off if automation read it turned off... I'm referring to the R and W buttons in the track,s controls.

Yes, can't tell for sure if the "R" is lit up. The motion you wrote is there so if the "R" is lit it show read it. It looks like it's off to me.

It has three states
Off- grey
On- Fully yellow
3rd state is a diagnol half yellow. I don't remember what this state is, but I occasionally have to fully light such as something changed it to half lit and automation stopped working...

You need to turn Read automation on in the track.  On your example video, it's off
