Being nice is one thing but too be bombarded with these threads is long on the tooth and at some point the tension needs to be released. Common sense should at some point be pointed out. Lifetime is not one sided it goes both ways...no matter how long you have been using the product.
Hi Charles. Not to beat a horse to death or labor an argument... My criticism is not about/around the question itself (or how many times it has been asked), but is directed to the comments made about the OP stating his long history and attacking him and others like him for doing so and then again bashing him/her for asking a legitimate question concerning the OP's loyal and continued investment in a company and/or its products. The OP's statement and/or question is NOT cause for the bashing or "ganging up" on the OP. I am asking for civility. I hope that there is a place for patience and tolerance. Certainly we have all been in a place in which we would appreciate that for ourselves, so that can't be too much to ask from everyone here.
Kind regards,

I can definitely agree with that. At some point these topics get real close to trolling given that the info is there and the new owner is actively comunicating with us(kudo's are well deserved).
Can't blame some for feeling ripped off but to come to the forum and posting without a little research and assuming responsibility where it don't belong is completely another thing.
Jumping on them in a snarky manner is uncalled for but is a consequence in a forum patiently(or impatiently) waiting for the next move in the direction of developement and keeping the focus on that...not what is owed, these responses will be posted.
I commend your intentions but only time will tell in what we all hope will be new and better direction for Sonar and this forum.
