[SOLVED] Custom keyboard shortcuts are not loading automatically

I've created a series of custom keyboard shortcuts.
But every time I open Sonar, they do not load automatically.
I am always obliged to load them manually, every time.
Does anyone know how I can get a custom keyboard shortcut file to load automatically?

Custom shortcuts are written to the registry if the "Save Changes for Next Session" option is selected when clicking OK or Apply in Preferences > Customization > Keyboard Shortcuts. At least, that is how it works for me.

I know, and apparently it has always been correct.
I do not know if it's because I reset the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 keys that are related to Screensets and modified them to use Tools ...

Using Lenses by any chance? If so then deselect Keyboard shortcuts for that lense.

You were right. I had activated a custom lens profile as default inside my "basic" template. Once I've deactivated the lenses and saved the new template, the new shortcut keys now work perfectly without having to load them manually as before.
