I have problems in my Sonar projects of tracks/take lanes either taking too much real estate or not enough. I have to expand the track to set options, but then there is too much space taken.  
 
When a track height is manually resized I can usually come up with a compromise that has two rows of options and the take lane is not too tall.  But I have to do this for every track individually and it drives me nuts!!
 
Is there a way to 
A) Adjust all the take lane heights at the same time?
B) Set the maximum take lane height so that when a lane is maximized, it will not explode in size and waste all the screen real estate?
 
I switched to Sonar not long ago and this aspect of program operation has been a problem for me.

ALSO... When I set up a screenset, why does it take 10-15 seconds to switch between them>!!!!?!?!??
 
Literally, it seems like sonar is freezing up when switching screensets.  The spinner comes up, 10-15 seconds later, something that should happen instantaneously.
 
Edit: I've been screwing around with it and something happend.  Now the minimize arrow for tracks is gone and when I resize a take lane they all resize.  Wish I knew what made this happen??  HOW DO I GET BACK THE TRACK MINIMIZE/MAXIMIZE button??? 
 
Now all of them except one will resize when I drag to resize the lanes.  wtf?   Why would someone design it so that the selected track will not resize when I drag/resize the take lanes?
