i don't get the emails, but i followed the link, completed the q's, and got a code at the end, hth

The code is on static Cakewalk page, so anyone can get it

The question either it works for anyone or for "qualified" people only... Have you tried to use it?

no, there's nothing i want... there's 10 minutes of my life i'll never get back :-D

I see these 10 minutes as a possibility to keep Cakewalk moving in right (for me...) direction

I put my voucher toward three VKFX Modules (Delay; Wah; Compressor), made even sweeter by the fact that they're already on offer at just over half price at the moment

Mind you, being the forgetful pillock I am, it wasn't until I came to install the Delay Module that I realised I'd already bought it about 18 months ago ..... D'oh!!

I've sent an email to Customer Support to see if they can swap one of my serials for another VKFX module.

I found this question very annoying:

33. How often do you want to see available updates for your software?
Monthly
Quarterly
Bi-Annually
Annually
Less often than once a year
Never

Why isn't there an option for "whenever they're well and truly ready, and not before"?

May be because of 34... I have marked "Quarterly"+"Bug fixes".
Sure, "Monthly"+"New features" make no sense

Thanks perfectprint for the link, most enlightening and the vulture proved useful.

Question 9 Would I prefer monthly or yearly subscripting.
The impudence of it, no question asking if I want sonar to go in that direction or not.

Q10 ask Why would you prefer to pay $99 once per year?
My reply... Quote "I don't, Questioner did not offer the option of “NO SUBSCRITION” so it was a (loaded question)
FYI... If Sonar becomes a subscription product I would no longer buy and change to another DAW" Unquote

I like sonar but I also use Ableton Live and ProTools

I said the same thing but had the opposite answer on the previous answer. I will look elsewhere if Sonar goes to subscription based pricing.
