I'm considering buying a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 soundcard, but will it work with Cakewalk Sonar Producer Edition?

I am using the 6i6 which also has MIDI i/o along with the audio preamps which would are the same for the 2i2 and I am having no problems at all. Great sound and you can't beat it for the price. I'm using it in Sonar x3e as well as other programs such as SoundForge10, Reason 8 and Sibelius.

It depends on your OS. The Scarlett drivers only support W7 and newer.
