In AD2 when you audition a preset it records to a wav file in the bottom left corner of the gui. I drag that wav to an audio track and then groove clip enable it. However when it loops the timing is not correct from the last beat in the loop to where it starts over on the first beat. I've spent a bunch of time trying to modify the audio so the timing is correct and I cannot get it right.

Doe anyone else have this issue and if so what is the best way to correct this. How are you using AD2 to create loops? Thanks.

I drag the MIDI data to my drum MIDI track. The timing is accurate. I didn't even know AD2 recorded an audio file when you audition (thanks for that tip!). If you can, try dragging the title of the loop you want to use to the drum MIDI track on your timeline. I don't remember if it arrives as a groove clip, but it's easy to convert if necessary.

I haven't used the wav feature either. Do you have the Sync Tempo button enabled?

I think, just guessing here since I don't do this, you would have to make sure you've selected the right amount of space in the timeline. If the clip is 1/8 note short of a measure, the next groove clip will probably start at that leftover 1/8 note. Again, just guessing.
