So i made an account via my android browser...cant figure out how to upload music..so i downloaded app to my phone...and cant log in on app using my name and pass created in browser it says name or email not correct..so frustrating

The icons they mention i will find in my library in order to upload are not on my library page..so i downloaded app..app dosent recognize my acct

I believe you need to use Chrome.  Are you using Chrome on your phone?

Yea my original acct was created in firefox...so i tried in chrome..it wants me to create acct...problem is i cant use the name "kook" cause i already made acct using the name...im also concerned because the email i created my acct with is the one associated with sonar and the one bandlab now has on file for me being a platinum owner..so very frustrating...ill try to find an actual help desk in bamdlab...right now im dealing with faqs

Wait, have you just logged into BandLab in Chrome under your existing account?  You should see an option (button) to log in instead of creating an account.  If you can't log in via Chrome, can you do the same in Firefox?  That would be weird.

Hey kook, did you try resetting your password for your kook account?

You can upload stuff directly from within the Android app - browser on mobile has much less functionality!
