I received an email from Gustav from XLN and he gave me a
"work-around" link in the email:
"Hi,I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. This is a really strange case.I have a workaround I'd like you to try. Please follow these steps:1. Click the AD2 logo in the top center of the plugin window and note the Computer ID.2. Login to your account at
www.xlnaudio.com and go to this page:
It's very important that you are logged in and use the exact link above, otherwise you will be redirected to a different page.3. Click "Add a Computer" and fill in the required details, including the computer ID present in AD2.4. Run the XLN Online Installer and try loading AD2.Does it work..? "
I am not sure if the link will work for you. Maybe delete the computer registration of the one that is not working when you log on to your online account and re-register again with the id that works? It took me a while to hear back from Gustav at XLN.
I hope this works for you. I tried and re-tried several things I received in emails from Cakewalk and XLN. Your best bet
is to keep trying to email XLN.
