Yeah, I've also found this to be a problem. I think there should be some way of seeing the raw settings data in the missing plug in placeholder. So even in a worst case scenario, you can get some idea of what your settings were. I think I may write up a proper feature request around this.

I misunderstood, I thought the project was from an older sonar that when loaded into the newer sonar was confused about the plugs. Rock on, Dude.

Hi. Same Topic, different Situation.
In sonar X3 I opened a Project I had created with a previous Version. Then, I replaced the old plugin by an actual one. The actual one is found, however, Sonar is first showing me the missing plugin dialogue box indicating that the old one which I do not use anymore, cannot be located.
How can I get rid of that dialogue box which is in my case useless?
