I created a MIDI song, a slow song, and it sounds too abrupt to come to the last measure in tempo and and it just stops.  On my old MC50mkII sequencer, I could specify a range in which the tempo would slow down.  For example, measure 81 begins at 92bpm, but by the end of the measure it's 85bpm.

Is there a way to do this in MC7?  If there is, I'm not sure what Cakewalk calls such a feature.  Their terminology isn't always easily guessed, lol.

yes, use the tempo map.

Open the Tempo view by using the Views > Tempo command, or by pressing ALT+SHIFT+5.
The Tempo view shows the tempo of your project. You can use the mouse to draw tempo changes directly onto the graph.

OR you can enter discrete values by using the tempo map tools

The tempo list has its own tools for editing tempo changes:Table 291.  Tool
