I love the new dark theme. It's what I've always wanted but it is now harder to navigate through my large projects. Coloured strips made this a breeze. Please could you implement something like the image I have created here. The one thing I didn't like in the previous theme was that the coloured strips had to be a pale version of the chosen colour. Dark colours like I have done here would compliment a let's say "Tungsten Plus" very nicely.

My reaction on reading the title was no. On seeing what you have come up with I have changed my mind. I would like that as an option. Nicely done.

Very nice looking and a great idea. The same concept could/should apply to the track view, which I find harder to navigate with automation lanes etc.

This is a "Must Have" IMO

I'm definitely on board for this. Looks great and I think would improve the UI experience. 

Cheers guys. My only ever ProTools envy was for their darker coloured strips. Looks like this could now be the time Cakewalk please.
