I've got the screenshot. It looks like a super early beta build to me, and indicates precisely one new feature, of which you see no actual functionality. I don't think you can say one way or the other about how soon it's coming from that.

 
I agree.  It's just that this sort of thing doesn't usually happen far away from release date.
I'm just joking around, I don't care when it comes out.
I still have to learn how to comp, now that I've gotten rid of X2.
 

Man I'm so happy with X3 I can easily wait another year for X4!

Here's how to find out when X4 is coming out. Set your computer's clock ahead, and see if X4 shows up. For example, if you set it to December and it doesn't show up, try January. If it still doesn't show up, try February. This will also test out whether the time travel capabilities are working. 
 
However, at the moment the hovercraft code is still quite unstable. So depending on where you set your computer's time, the bug may or may not have been fixed. I recommend putting a really heavy weight on the top of your computer before trying this in case it attempts to hover.

I will be near the head of the line when/where X4 is released.
Oh, and I am trying to get an old win 95 machine running again for that new/improved PA9!

Haven't we already had the usual Sonar heavily discounted sale which occurs about 4 to 6 weeks before an announcement. That puts it early to mid Oct. What was someone saying about AES.

I'm also disgusted to hear that X4 has dropped Windows 95 support...

So far, nothing floated here is anything Cakewalk has told me. Then again, maybe they're not talking to me because of my "Meet the Bakers" submission.
