No, AFAIK this only affects you if you use any systems that run Unix, Linux, or Mac OSX.
 
Star Trek posts these warnings every so often, but don't worry too much.
 
It is important to know, though, if it does affect you, so thanks, Star Trek.
 
I am sure Alex would have warned us if it affected the majority of users here.

I met the guy who did Bourne Again Shell in the 90's.... It was none of these guys below...
Nope you will have no issues unless you run Linux or OSX (And only in some use cases).

Actually the BASH defect affects a lot of people who do not run Linux/Unix/AppleOSXmenagerie because although you do not run linux, most of the servers on the websites you commonly visit do run Linux and most of those severs use the Bourne Again Shell (BASH) for maintenance. So this is potentially a problem for anyone who uses their computer to visit the Web in that malicious code loaded via the exploit could expose data that you assume is secure.
