The CE has become apart of my normal work flow and finished sound. It is on every track and the Master Bus in my work flow; even if it is on and set to zero. There definately does seem to be a sweet spot for what I like in my mix and it seems to be around +2, give or take. Sometimes turned on and set to zero is just the ticket.
For me, it seems to add some sort of glue to pull everything together and have a finished sound. I actually notice it when the CE is not used on a mix. I recently worked on a colab with fellow Sonarites and I suspect that the final mix, done by someone else, does not include the CE. It did not have that CE sound that I have come to love.
