I use the DS2416 drivers (which I believe are the same as the SW1000XG drivers), however they will only work on Windows 7 32 bit.
There's no way you can use the 32 bit drivers on a 64 bit machine.
There may be a way of hacking the 64 bit XP/Vista drivers to work on Win 7 64 or Win10 64, as has been done with the 01X, but AFAIK no-one has done this so far (not sure if anyone's really tried).
If you do get the 64bit XP/Vista drivers working, please let me know how you did it!
If you don't get any luck with 64 bit, anything from the MU10 to the MU90/MU100 or even the QY70/QY100 will give you what the SW1000XG has. Yamaha seemed to put that XG chip in everything around that era. If you prefer something "in the box", you could try the S-YXG50 VSTi instead:
