You young’ns. I was 64 a few days ago. I know there’s lots of guys on this board that are older than me.

Growing Up Without the internet was real freedom. No cell phone, no smart phone real freedom. In the 70s I was playing gigs in my teens and having the time of my life, real freedom. If I could go back then heck ya! to be young now heck no I'll keep my memories and wisdom.

So I'm over on the Bandlab Explore page, listening to  songs submitted by members. Judging by some of the comments I realize I ain't going to fit in over there. Things like this:

Bit of a generation (or two or three) gap.

lol, naw bro, use just needs to gets down (and don't forget to get back up again . . . and soon . . . at your age . . .  knees and all that) get on the co lab bus with some dudes and pump out sum dope toons and kilt it with the peeps, it'll be sick holmes.

Im 47 years old. We grew up in the last of the "great generations" (Great music too).
Everyone now a days is too concerned about hurting someones feelings.
When I was young, it was a hobby. We perfected our craft.

65 years here and still actively playing and producing. When I was younger I always said I would be dead before 21!!!
66 comes in May of this year.
