It's hard to believe it's still on line but here is a good site for Project 5:

P5 user info

Hope you can still find some use for it, even though the Program is dead I still use it on a regular basis.

Hi CT,

I'm glad you find it a valuable resource and recommend it!  I collected everything P5-related from the old Wiki and put it back together in a new format after the old wiki got hacked and the original site maintainer shut it down.  I will keep this up and running indefinitely so folks who continue to use P5 have a reference site--and it won't get hacked because it is a traditional web site rather than a PHP wiki monster.

Thanks for the link. Lots of good stuff there.

P5v2 is running very well on Windows 8 64bit system. It doesn't matter that it's 32 bit and only utilizes a single core apparently- it's running better now than it ever did before. Seeing as I have almost as many VSTs as Bapu now and P5 is an inspiring plugin host I can see myself starting to use it again day to day. It's so old, it's new!

I have had a crack at oh-so-many DAWs but project 5 is the only one I would call quick. I don't think it is too late for Cakewalk to resurrect it either.

I use it myself still even though it's obsolete by other hosts standards it kicks a$$ for a song starter.
