I'm not sure about those settings, and I don't really have a practical answer for you, but if you are questioning whether you have overdone it, you probably have.
When I get the sense that I have overcooked a project, I like to save it as a new version, and drag all the faders down.
Bring everything back up slowly, turn the compressors and other effects on and off. At some point it will probably start to sound a little wonky. Stop, and consider why.
A spectrum analyzer in your master bus can be a great tool here. I like Voxengo SPAN(a free download).
Also, stepping away from the project for a few days can help. Listening with fresh ears will often reveal glaring but overlooked flaws that you missed while you were immersed in the project.
