I wonder if the reason SD2 is not showing names by default is this is a 32bit version of the plug-in? I believe there was a 64bit version released but it was probably only included with SONAR. I would not be surprised if BitBridge, the program used for 32bit VST support, is interfering with the MC7 accessing the names directly from the plug-in. Just a guess though and not very important since there is another solution.

Hello Bobby!

Hello Reece, I hope you have been doing well?

I decided to give MC7 a try, for 19.99 it's a steal of a deal in my opinion. I was shocked to find out what all came with MC7, Studio Instruments, TH2 Creator, Boost 11, PX-64 Percussion Strip, TL-64 Tube Leveler and more. Honestly with what it came with for my needs it's everything I was hoping for and more.

with drum maps , you can indeed hide the names / midi numbers you don't use.. I did a fair few years ago, but it's a bit long winded to make em.. I just used a blank page with all 127 notes and removed the no sounding notes and re-saved it with a new name.

not sure about mc7 etc though as I was using sonar 7 onward.
