Switchcraft patchbay on the bottom.  Its db25 on the back and 1/4" on the front.  
 
Yes, I know the studio foam has fallen ... and apparently, it can't get up.
 

I don't know were mine is? This thread had me wondering were mine went, It's a cheapo DBX box, Worked just fine.  I never really had enough outboard stuff to make it worth while but I had to have it if I wanted to call myself a real studio.. I think it must be in my old chicken coup with all my other unused junk and speaker boxes. I could fill two   racks with obsolete junk I still have.
