Again, don't worry.  I said I was going to produce fully crafted songs in the future and that I was going to learn what I needed to learn.  However, I was just making a point here is all.  Some people can pick up on the greatness and catchiness of melodies without anything further needed while some people need more than just a simple melody.

If people could understand that dramatic melody I was trying to convey, then that, alone, should be enough for my melody to be something great in their eyes.  Making this melody into a fully crafted song would then be something much greater.  For now, I was just showcasing my melodies since I was eager to share my claimed musical gift of creating good, catchy tunes in my head.  So, it's a case of eagerness rather than laziness.  However, some melodies cannot be understood by people as they are and, thus, require a beat and chords to go along with them.  That's what I did with my dramatic melody.

Maybe SMG's creations are just the musical equivalent of modern art.

It may look like someone has drank several pints of laxative laced paint and let nature take it's course on the canvas, but the pretentious description on the plaque underneath makes it worth $1,000,000

IMHO It isn't the music, it's the marketing.
