Doing vox, I see a few of these green flags pop up. What are they?

Admittedly, I'm not really sure how to use IMGUR but here are my 3 attempts to show the image:

<blockquote class="imgur-embed-pub" lang="en" data-id="a/mKBZF"><a href="//imgur.com/mKBZF"></a></blockquote><script async src="//s.imgur.com/min/embed.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Okay, none worked: here's a different link: https://www.screencast.com/t/9QfkHFSJVT5

You put a link to the page containing the image between [img] tags instead of a link to the image itself. Instead of putting https://imgur.com/a/mKBZF between [img] tags put https://i.imgur.com/WGP1Xu6.png
between image tags like this

looks like a peak marker

Thanks, guys. Okay, so if they are peak flags...why isn't the waveform spiking larger???

from the link I posted above

A Peak Marker in each audio track or bus moves along in the Clips pane just behind the Now Time cursor displaying the highest peak found during playback.
