Can anyone explain or direct where there is a Sonar video or tutorial for Track Parameters?  How to set up 16 midi channels on the Alesis keyboard to Sonar, to play 16 patches on 16 tracks.  I can't find a step-by-step tutorial on how Sonar's Input, Output, and Channel work together.  All I have been able to find are single midi channel tutorials.
