When you say "It will not download from XLN Website", would I be right in saying that you mean that you already have the XLN Installer installed and the XLN Installer will not download from the XLN website. 
 
First thing I would check would be your virus protection, and firewall settings. Both can block any type of download you may be trying to do. 
 
Once again, "What are you trying to do?". 
 
A lot of times, LOOK : Something to consider, when you try and download things depending on your Windows settings you may run into situations where you try and install something but it wont install BECAUSE : Windows has some scheduled updates setup ready to install, so try a reboot first and see if a required reboot with Windows installing some things are needed. 
 
If that doesn't do the trick, if you are running Windows : ANY VERSION, run as Adminstrator always. 
 
If you are using "Internet Explorer" then you should expect problems because that is an outdated and no longer supported BROWSER. Search for Google Chrome and download and install it and you will have no more problems downloading the XLN Installer if that is what you are trying to do?

ad2 has a systemic "authorisation failure" issue... nothing to do with sonar. has happened to me on my laptop and studio computer at least 5 or 6 times.
load the installer and keep it on your hdd.
run installer, un-register the current existing computer to free up a license, then re-validate the license.. 5mins tops.

 Yup. Happens regularly to me. Delete one authorization, then re-authorize. Kinda scary when you load a project and your drums are missing...
 

Yep - did the de-authorize and re-authorize just last night and it worked fine.
 
It downloaded a bunch of new stuff too - a lot more drum patterns?  I only ever had the basic 3 things you got to choose initially.
