Error message -
An unknown error occurred while accessing an unnamed file.
 
Rolled back 2 versions
Rolled forward - Still get error message.
 
This started when the audio (second drive) went out (bad cable) - Opened sonar tried to load .CWF - could not load file.
Fixed drive then this message started every time I load Sonar.
There is still no start screen.
 
Any ideas?

Try deleting the contents of the StartScreenCache folder

You can also try launching a cakewalk project from the CWP icon (instead of the Desktop icon) Any difference ?

Didn’t work. Not sure why, still looking.

Panicking ...... because of what is going on I finally got it. It was sample just uninstall and reinstall from scratch. Thanks for your help. Now what?? Do you know where the install files are stored on the hard drive? Not sure I would know what to do with them even if I found them.

please check your folder maybe your folder is lock.
