Its very odd that a file that only contains MIDI should present a problem in any Sonar version.

Just an idea and probably a ridiculous one, but does it help to run splat x64 in administrator mode?

Thank you again to everyone.

I ended converting the old wrk using a 32 bit pc (around 100 files, but .... it didn't took too much time after all).

Bye,

slightly depressed I think the stuff I did in 1995-1998 was much better than I do now... oh well.

So true, although for me its probably 1989 - 1992. I listen to some of my earlier stuff and feel exactly the same!

I still think it's worthwhile going through my old unfinished stuff though. I get so many ideas to develop them further (which I obviously didn't at the time).

could it possibly be that there was a file version change that caused some compatibility issues with the wrk files in the early days of Sonar (like between SOnar 1 and Sonar 3?)
