Listened to everyone who said the vocals needed more punch.

Re-recorded the vocal and did a revised mix to give the whole mix a little sheen. Hopefully it worked.

I think the vocals could use maybe just a little more meat but that's personal preference...

Hopefully this new version is more betterer?

Hi Bapu, nice rocking tune, vocals sound fine but a bit detached from the band, like you were in two different rooms.

Right, like I'm going to remember what the original version sounded like...

j/k...    It could be placebo, but as best I can recall this vocal track does sound thicker with more meat on the bone; a better match for the music IMO.   The only thing I might do is pan the harmony away from the lead a little for more width.

I didn't hear the original. I like it and the arrangement.  Regarding the vocal,I would probably  scoop a bit at around 500-700 Hz and perhaps roll off the top end of the reverb tail. EQ.   Minor stuff. YMMV!

This is great! The instruments are punchy, precise and cohesive and really rock along. The sentiment of the lyric is charming and the timbre of your voice is very appealing. Well done, bapu and Jamesg1213. Thanks for the super listen :)

good tune.

The bass needs a compressor on it, as it occasionally hits some notes and my system goes bananas with some booming Bapu Bass.

Tight lead.
