Trying to figure out what is going on for you ...
I just exported a 5 min plus 24 bit stereo file of a song . I did my export as stereo split mono ,I thought that might of been your problem ...it is not ...I imported both sides of my split stereo mono files into Mixbus and they came in as Mono ...once I panned hard right and hard left the tune sounded exactly as it did in SONAR
Judging by the size of your files at the bit rate you exported them , they look more like stereo files to me ..
A Mono 48 24 export of your stem would be half that size ....that's how it was for my 5 min song
Your file clocks in at 98+ meg my Left and Right Mono's clocked in at 48 Meg + for each side ...
Before you keep banging your head up against the wall trying to figure out whats going on in Mixbus do your self a favor ...
Take a step back and find your exported SONAR files in explorer ....right click each one and look at the property's
I suspect that once you look under details you may find your answer
My just imported Mono files come in at 1058kbps , my stereo files come in at 2822 kbps ...
Take a look see what you have ....I suspect that something went wonky in your sonar export dialog box
Taking it back another step , I have had some Odd things go on when I export stems out of SONAR ...
I remember one time busting my a$$ for hours and then when I went to export SONAR had remembered my last setting and I wound up exporting my whole tune as Mono ...I didn;t want mono for most of my tracks because I had a ton of panning effects going on
I never do more than one track at a time exports , I don't care how many tracks I have to export ...
If it 40 its 40 and I check each and every one of them before I ever export another one ....
you can put this one to bed real easy ...
Create another folder for your exports , solo your tracks one at a time , and export that track only after you have made sure your SONAR export dialog is reading what you want ...
FWIW this is another reason why I always freeze ., then bounce in place if I need Mono exported ...
I really never exceed 40 tracks most of the time it's a little over half that ...the thing is even if i do them one at a time I'm only looking at an hour ...
let us know how it's going
