The factory presets will not load anymore only my user IR's will load. is there a way to fix this issue my version of this is 1.0.1

Usually a good idea to indicate what DAW is installed when posting a question.
 
Not sure what the problem could be. If the plug-ins throws an error message, it would be good to post it here. If the database got corrupted, re-running the SONAR/CbB installer should restore the file.
 
The factory database is FACTORY.rir  in "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Overloud\REmatrix Solo\IRLibraries"
Remove FACTORY.rir before re-running the installer to insure the installer writes the file.

tried that ? still shows No Database Connection pluggins will not be named ?
