USB C (gen2)/ Thunderbolt connection might be your answer. 
It did the job for me!
I have posted some questions on this forum similar to yours, but replies were vague.
I wanted a monitor that: would have minimal latency, plug and play and a single cable operation (cable not WIFI or other wireless proprietary software nonsense)
 
Company I settled was Magedok. USB C gen 2 connection. Single USB C cable (your computer must have that port too) provides:  POWER, VIDEO SIGNAL and TOUCH!  Latency is super low. Plug and play, no software drivers Win 10!  Cakewalk projects "remember" position of the mixer on second panel.   I got their 15.9". Anyway, I thought I would share.
